Sometimes I sell a piece without meeting the buyer. A piece at a gallery sells, the new owner takes their art home and that's that. Well, recently one of those buyers moved to a new home and in the process, a piece I created was scratched. The collector reached out to the gallery coordinator and asked if I would be willing to repair the piece. I was more that happy to make the repair.
